ACRB Arts & Essay Contest Kickoff - December 10

From the Citizen Review Board:

"December 10, 2019 is the kickoff date for the 2020 Atlanta Citizen Review Board (ACRB) Arts & Essay Contest. PLEASE SAVE THE DATE.

The event is one of the ways we seek to foster better relations between citizens and police. Hundreds of  students and citizens have participated in the past. We expect record numbers this year because for the first time, the contest will not only include drawings and essays, but also the spoken word. The theme this year is “If I could change law enforcement, it would be like this…”

Winners and their families are honored at Atlanta City Hall on live TV. They are treated to a buffet luncheon and awarded prizes. Some of the entries are put on display in the City Hall Atrium.

Go to acrbgov.org for more information."
