Filming Road Closure - Lee St, Jan 10-16

A chase scene involving a van and a motorcycle, with simulated gunfire, will shut down Lee Street between Donnelly and Avon for a week.

The movie in question, "The Family Plan," starring Mark Wahlburg, has the synopsis: "A former top assassin living incognito as a suburban dad must take his unsuspecting family on the run when his past catches up to him."

Lee street traffic will be rerouted down Oakland Drive for the duration.  Please plan accordingly.

Community Survey - Cascade Heights Greenway Network Plan

The Cascade Springs Nature Conservancy (https://cascadespringsnature.org/) is sponsoring the Cascade Heights Greenway Network Plan, which was selected as a project for the 2022 Atlanta Regional Commission Community Development Assistance Program.

This project will conceptualize several previously proposed multi-modal greenways as a network linking over 600 acres of greenspace in southwest Atlanta. As many roads in the area currently lack sidewalks, this project would be transformative in offering community members safe routes for walking and biking.

The CSNC is looking for community input via a open survey at https://publicinput.com/csnc
