Neighborhood Planning Unit S is holding its first ever Book Swap!

How It Works

Over past few weeks, NPU-S volunteers have been collecting hundreds of books from the community. They'll all be available at VICARS at Noon, Saturday October 26th.

Everyone can take home five books, and we encourage everyone to bring their own books to the Book Swap to trade for bonus books!

Hundred of books, in every category!  Fiction, nonfiction, children's and young adult books! 

ALL BOOKS ARE FREE

  • Mon Oct 21. Yard Trimmings Collected. Due to staffing shortages, yard trimmings will be collected every other week until further notice. This week, yard trimmings WILL be collected.

Staff, students, and families are invited to attend and volunteer. See attached parade consent forms in English and Spanish. They must be completed in order to participate. Please complete this form to attend!

Book Swap Planning Meeting - Sunday, Oct 6, 1pm, Hybrid

This Sunday, the 6th, we'll be holding a planning meeting for the upcoming Community Book Swap! 

We need volunteers! Come join us as we plan the event, sort through donated books, and hand out yard signs.
