NPU-S General Meeting *tomorrow*, Thursday November 15

This Thursday, the 15th, will be the NPU-S General Meeting for November 2018.  Yes, it's the third Thursday, as usual - the first Thursday of the month was the first.

This month has four voting items and one special voting item, namely the vote on NPU-S's bylaws.

Every NPU has its own set of bylaws, guiding how the NPU is organized, its voting requirements, etc. According to our bylaws, in order to vote on matters brought before NPU-S, a person has to have residency within the NPU and have attended three meetings within the last year. However, when voting on the bylaws, the only restriction is that the voter is a resident of the NPU - no attendance requirement.

Hope you can make it!
