2021 Municipal Elections

2021 is an election year for Atlanta, and there are several candidates running for office. Many voters ignore municipal elections - but your local elected officials are the most accessible and have the most impact on your day-to-day life.

NPU-S wants to make sure that you can make an informed choice. Using information gathered from the excellent Vote Local project and public filings with the City of Atlanta Municipal Clerk, we've compiled a list of candidates running for offices directly affecting NPU-S. We've omitted races where the there is only one candidate or where the district doesn't cover NPU-S.

Furthermore, we've extended an invitation to all candidates to hold virtual meet-and-greet sessions, courtesy of the NPU! These sessions are an opportunity for you to get to know the candidates and ask them questions about matters that concern you.

We encourage every eligible citizen to register and vote in November!  Find out your voting registration status at https://www.mvp.sos.ga.gov/

Candidates:

We will work to keep this information up-to-date through November. Some candidates don't have publicly available contact information - any help finding them would be greatly appreciated.

NPU-S Meet & Greets:

These sessions are for the benefit of our constituents and do not constitute an endorsement of any candidate.
