• Tue Sep 9, 6:00pm. Friends of James Orange Park. James Orange Recreation Center, 1305 Oakland Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30310, USA. Monthly in-person meeting for the Friends of James Orange Park group and representatives of City of Atlanta Parks and Recreation. The meeting is held every month at the recreation center.

  This committee makes recommendations to the NPU about:

  1. all matters related to social services, health care, police, and fire protection;
  2. all matters related to recreation, parks, libraries, and cultural affairs;
  3. and all matters related to a pleasant and healthful environment, including, but not limited to: sanitary services, water and sewer facilities and services, and noise quality.
