The NPU-S General Meeting will be held this Thursday, July 15, at 7pm.

This month we'll have a three voting items and one item for comment:
- Z-21-58: Applicant seeks to rezone the 6.04 acre property from the I-1 (Light industrial) zoning designation to the I-MIX (Industrial mixed use district) zoning designation to create a cohesive mixed use development.
- Z-21-62: Applicant seeks to rezone the property from the NC-14 (Cascade Avenue Beecher Street Neighborhood Commercial District) zoning designation to the R-5 (Two-family residential, minimum lot size .17 acres) zoning designation.
- Z-21-53 An Ordinance by Councilmember Cleta Winslow to amend the 1982 City of Atlanta Zoning Ordinance, as amended, (Part 16 Of The Land Development Code), so as to create Chapter 42 Intown South Commercial Corridor Overlay; and for other purposes.
As always, representatives from the police, code enforcement, public works, and other City departments will call in to give reports, and we'll discuss NPU and community programs for our constituents. Come on out!
