Invitation to apply: Wellstar Mobile Market 2024

The Wellstar Center for Health Equity, in partnership with the Wellstar Foundation and Goodr, is starting another year of its food access program, the Wellstar Mobile Market.

The Wellstar Center for Health Equity is accepting applications for Wellstar Mobile Market sites that can serve as a monthly location over the five-month program. Each location will serve 100 households per month at a pre-registered, family friendly, culturally appropriate drive through market. The program's goal is to increase food access and provide nutrition education to those communities most in need. Food is another form of medicine and the Wellstar Mobile Market will ensure community members are consistently provided with access to healthy food resources, education and a connection to additional food assistance programs.

Wellstar Health System will partner with organizations that have demonstrated experience in serving the community. Each application will be evaluated using specific measures and eligibility criteria, which will prevent organizations from applying if they do not qualify. Applications will be reviewed by an internal team based on fulfillment of criteria outlined in application. And site selections will be announced early February 2024.

The application portal will close at 12 midnight on Wednesday January 24, 2024.

Wellstar Mobile Market application is on SurveyMonkey Apply.

If you do not have a SurveyMonkey log in - you will register and create one on the site.

Please complete your application with as much detail as possible, remember your uploads and do not forget to hit submit.
