Good Afternoon,
It is with a heavy heart that I share the
news that Mrs. Louvenia Gates made her transition this afternoon. Mrs.
Gates passed away due to complications from a heart attack. She was an
executive member of NPU-S and the president of the Graymont Drive
Neighborhood Association. She was an active member in the Oakland City
Community Organization (OCCO), a loving wife, mother, friend and a member of
the West End Seventh Day Adventist Church.
