Super Bowl LIII Traffic Plan Presentations

The Atlanta Police Department and the Atlanta Super Bowl Host Committee are hosting a series of townhall meetings this month to present traffic plans and local street and lane closures for Super Bowl LIII and related events beginning on Saturday, January 26 and ending Monday, February 4, 2019. The meetings will allow local residents and businesses to learn more about expectations for traffic flow management during the period leading up to the Super Bowl, and for gameday.

Representatives from the department and the committee will present detailed plans on traffic flow, as well as street and lane closures. Once the formal presentations are done, tables outside of the auditorium are set up for anyone interested in learning more about a specific area, such as Downtown, Westside, Midtown or Buckhead. We respectfully ask that any questions be directed to personnel at the tables after the formal presentations.

The meetings are scheduled to be held at the Georgia World Congress Center, 285 Andrew Young International Boulevard NW, in Room C101, Building C, on the following dates and times:
  • Monday, December 17 at 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday, December 18 at 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday, December 19 at 10 a.m
  • Thursday, December 20 at 10 a.m.
Parking will be available in the Red Deck and Gold Deck for $15.00.  Attendees can also arrive via MARTA and exit at the CNN/GWCC or Vine City Stations.
