MARTA to Host Virtual Track Replacement Project Meetings

From MARTA:

Upcoming Major MARTA Service Impacts:
Next month, MARTA will continue its Track Replacement Phase IV (TR-IV) program with a major project that will temporarily suspend Red Line rail service south of Dunwoody station. Work will begin Friday, Feb. 18, at 9 p.m. and conclude at the end of service Wednesday, Feb. 23. there will be additional delays for at least two days afterward.

Continuous bus shuttles will serve customers between Dunwoody, Medical Center, Buckhead, and Lenox stations. This could mean delays of at least 30 minutes per trip for some customers. Customers will also have the option of MARTAConnect, which provides discounts for Uber and Lyft rides.

Two virtual public meetings on Jan. 27 and 29 will allow customers an opportunity to learn more about the TR-IV program, its customer service impacts, and have questions answered by MARTA officials.

Meeting details:

Jan 27, 6pm

Jan 29, 11am:

MARTACONNECT
MARTAConnect, a pilot program with Uber and Lyft, will be available to customers during the project. MARTA will provide a $10 voucher link that customers can download to their Uber or Lyft app and use twice daily to travel to or from Dunwoody, Medical Center, Buckhead, Lenox, and Lindbergh Center rail stations.
