Subject: Bolden Townhomes Court Date

Evening Neighbors,

If you attended our meeting on Saturday, you would have witnessed some of the Bolden Townhomes residents asking for our solidarity and support in their efforts to force the landlord, Edward Bolden dba Bolden Capital, to improve the deplorable living conditions on the property.  As a result of their efforts, the City of Atlanta has cited the property with dozens of code violations. The owners have now been summoned into City court to answer to the charges.
This is our opportunity to show support for our neighbors. We're asking that anyone that can. Please attend the court hearing on July 9th, 11am courtroom 5C,  Judge Pierce Sietz. Neighbors in the courtroom will demonstrate to the judge and defendant that the community is watching and actively participating in the process of improving our neighborhood.
