  3. and all matters related to a pleasant and healthful environment, including, but not limited to: sanitary services, water and sewer facilities and services, and noise quality.

Magistrate Court Operations Modified temporarily

Fulton County Chief Magistrate Judge Cassandra Kirk and the Magistrate Court of Fulton County announce temporary changes to court operations during the periods of increased security in July and August, 2023 at the downtown Magistrate Courthouse.

Due to potential street closures and barricades on certain days, we kindly ask all individuals scheduled for Magistrate Court appearances to join us via Zoom. This will ensure seamless proceedings and avoid any inconvenience caused to in-person appearances.

The affected dates are July 31st, August 1st, August 7th, August 8th, August 10th, August 11th, August 14th, August 15th, August 17th, and August 18th. If court users are unable to access Zoom, we strongly encourage parties to honor their court date and appear in person at the courthouse as scheduled.
