Nominations being accepted for Fulton County Citizens’ Commission on the Environment

The Fulton County Citizens’ Commission on the Environment (FCCCE) is seeking nominations of outstanding individuals, organizations and projects in Fulton County that exemplify or advocate for environmentally-sound practices. Nominations submitted by the August 31, 2018 deadline will be considered for the FCCCE’s 15th Annual Environmental Awards’ Program. Winners will be recognized at the October 17 meeting of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners.

The FCCCE is a citizen environmental advisory group appointed by the Board of Commissioners to investigate environmental concerns, make recommendations on environmental policies, and increase public awareness, understanding and involvement concerning environmental issues.
