Oakland City Transit-Oriented Development Workshop on November 5

From MARTA:

Greetings MARTA Stakeholder,

We would like to invite you to MARTA's Community Workshop for the future Oakland City Station Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) on Saturday, November 5, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

The workshop will be at the Oakland City MARTA Station parking lot at 1400 Lee St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. Refreshments will be served and all ages are welcome.

This proposed Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) is the eastern anchor for the Campbellton Corridor, which links the Greenbriar Mall area to the Oakland City MARTA Station. In March 2022, the MARTA Board of Directors approved issuing a request for proposals from developers for the site following community engagement.

We are seeking your input to confirm the recommendations established by past studies, understand any updates that may be necessary, and ensure that any proposed development aligns with the community's vision for reinvestment in the area.
