Community Day - Adams Park @Promise Center, May 14

The AT-Promise initiative has been in operation since August 2017, serving youth from around the city. The services provided include individual therapy, group therapy, educational assistance including tutoring, mentoring and GED classes, testing, workforce prep, arts instruction in music and filmmaking, as well as recreational activities.

The first location opened in 2017 at 740 Cameron Alexander Boulevard, the second center in 2021 located at 836 Metropolitan Parkway and the newest location, the Truist Andrew & Walter Young AT-Promise Center in February of this year.

AT-Promise is a program serving youth across the city of Atlanta. Each youth who attends the program receives a therapeutic assessment to determine their individualized plan of services to include GED/education assistance, workforce prep and/or recreation activities applying the appropriate professional expertise to each individual case, ensuring relevance and a personalized approach.
